Fader Construction & Landscaping specializes in small exterior construction and landscaping services for commercial and residential clients in Southwestern Ontario. Based in Brantford, Fader Construction & Landscaping offers general design/consult, and construction services, specializing in the construction or renovation of sheds, garages, fences, decks, gazebos, pergolas, patios, walkways, gardens and retaining walls. Terry will work with customers to understand their needs and the project constraints and together develop a good plan including a timeline and price that will satisfy the client. If the scope of the project is outside Fader Construction & Landscaping’s expertise, Terry will work with subcontractors as a general contractor on the homeowners’ behalf to execute the project construction and ensure the result will exceed the customer expectations on budget and on time.
In addition Fader Construction & Landscaping offers lawn and property maintenance services for commercial and residential customers in the Southwestern Ontario region. Terry can offer a customized package designed to suit your needs and based on a weekly, monthly or per cut/visit basis. Optional services include litter pick up, grass trimming, lot clearing, brush hog service, parking lot sweep, garden maintenance, tree pruning or removal, fertilizing, leaf clean-up, eaves trough clean-out and more.

About the owner
Terry Fader, owner and operator of Fader Construction & Landscaping, grew up in Brantford and has always aspired to start his own business. Since a young age, Terry has had a passion for the landscape construction industry, working with his hands and he isn’t afraid of hard work.

Terry started working in the landscaping industry, pulling weeds while in high school. He eventually landed a summer job with a local landscape and brick supplier as a yard hand. Working outside, during the summers with bricklayers and landscapers, Terry developed his passion for the landscape construction industry and learned first hand the newest products and best practices. Terry would continue working for this local supplier during the summers while he attended Wilfrid Laurier University pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
Upon graduation, Terry worked in corporate purchasing and supply chain roles for Canadian Tire, Loblaws and Rawlings. Terry successfully developed his communication and management skills before deciding the office and corporate career was not for him, Terry decided to follow his passion and take a leap back to working outside with his hands, for a smaller family run business.
Terry quickly landed a job with a local landscape construction contractor and learned first hand the knowledge and successful skills required to run a successful landscape business. Since re-entering the Landscape construction Industry, Terry has held a number of positions with various contractors and completed a variety of projects with great success. After seeing the demand for quality service and good communication, in September 2019 Terry decided to begin his own business. Fader Construction & Landscaping was born.
Since then, Terry has worked to launch and scale the business, acquire equipment and establish a solid client base in the Brantford and surrounding area.
Terry’s pride and focus is evident in his quality workmanship and attention to detail.
